Concept

The plan was based on the basic concept of the social welfare corporation, which has a track record of providing home care support mainly through a health care facilities for the elderly requiring long-term care and a home care support center in the adjacent area, and is developing community-based businesses: "coexistence with the local community through interaction between the facility and the community" and "a bright facility open to the community with a sense of peace and tranquility". The day service center is located on the first floor, where space is needed to ensure privacy. The entrance for the group home is separate from that of the day service center, where there is a lot of traffic, to ensure independence for the residents, and the dining room and kitchen are designed to provide a place for daily living, with top lighting to allow gentle sunlight from the sky.
