Taking advantage of its seaside location, the exterior of the building emphasizes horizontality, as if a ship were anchored on the seawall, while respecting the sea breeze and the view. Inside the 100-meter-long, single-story facility, a tourist information center, a local product sales center, and a food court are planned as an integrated space with a sense of openness.
