Concept
Kintetsu had used this site as a garage to check cars until its abolition in 1986, accompanied an integrated city planning around Goido Station on Osaka line, which started in 1982. A project to convert the site was completed after arrangements and consultations among tenants and architect's offices with a project team of Kintetsu as a core; the theme of this project was "Delightful Village of Enjoyable Living". Facilities surround a center mall with parking lots and trees being set out of the circle. Restaurants and marketing area for daily necessities, furniture, sporting goods, and electrical appliances are systematically connected. This is one big commercial complex with tenants that keep their own characteristics. The synergistic effect of such tenants makes the facility an unique space.
