Concept
Harmonized traditions with innovation," is a basic theory of Bonchi Corporation in making snacks. The company's traditional snacks, okaki and arare used to be manucactured in tradational way, now installed latest technology. That also expand their creation as represented by "Bonchi-age" which one of the popular fired snack. This is also a concept for its building. Traditional Japanese gable roofs are adopted with industrial production including metal panels which is made with consideration to dust and dirt.
