Concept

Iraka is the first project of an Upgrading project in Neyagawa City development area. It is planned by "Osaka Prefectural Housing Corporation". Working together with property owners to create superior rental hopusing for the prefecture to improve the residential environment of the area. It was the first national project adopting method mentioned above with a theme, "low house rent and improvement in residential environment." New urban dwelling house supply in densely built-up city area is considered with the image of contemporary riverside. The heights of the roofs are varied from three-storied to four-storied. It harmonized with neighbor residences and surrounding environment.
