Kensington Residential Apartment Nishitenma

Concept

This is an earthquake resistant skyscraper apartment on a convenient location near Osaka Tenmangu. It is a sophisticated design, generating a spacious feeling around the building, and removing the pressure tall buildings usually give the surroundings. The rooms facing south have high quality living conditions: natural sunlight, ventilation, noise control, and thermal insulation. We adopted universal designs, such as reducing the number and level of steps, to match the aging society with fewer children. It is earthquake resistant inside and out, prevents the furniture from falling down and plates from breaking. We put the residents’ comfort and safety on top priority, and created a delicate design that could lead the next generation of urban style houses.
