MonScene Seishin Minami

We obtained this project at a private housing lot competition held by the city of Kobe. We discussed with the owners, designing team, builders to not only create quality housing, but a place where people can feel attached to. On the corner of the lot, we made a common space open to the entire public, and on the inside, a path connects the common space, play lot, community center, and the housing buildings. It provides a living environment filled with nature and communication. It blends in with the landscape of Kobe, with a Japanese style and seaside atmosphere. It connects the residents with the society, and charms the various moments of life.
