Concept
On the center of the lot, we made a line called “The axis line to the ocean”. The rooftop square is on this line, and on the east side, we made an overlooking platform, and realized a life with ocean view, making most of the waterfront location. We also made a park for the residents to interact with each other, and a safe path with plenty of green. We divided the apartment into several buildings, to create a human scale living space, where the residents can feel attached to.
