Port Island Student Apartment

This is a student apartment building with 204 rooms in Phase I and 200 rooms in Phase II, built in the Kobe Waterfront Urban Center area being developed by Kobe City on Kobe Port Island in conjunction with Kobe Gakuin University, Hyogo University of Health Sciences, and Kobe Shukugawa Gakuin University, which will open in April 2007. The apartments are arranged to be integrated with the adjacent condominiums, and a rooftop deck located on the axis from the Port of Kobe promotes mutual interaction. This project was selected as the winner of a project competition by the Kobe Port Terminal Public Corporation.
