Concept
In order to ensure comfortable living spaces that are friendly to people and the environment, the structural plan was designed to be highly economical, with appropriate separation of lines of flow through zoning that takes into account differences in lifestyles between household and single occupancy quarters and enhances the possibility of housing unit configurations. In addition, while the skeleton-infill plan was based on the easy renewal of facilities and equipment in consideration of the future, an environmentally friendly and rational facility plan was adopted, such as all-electrification, aiming to realize a living environment surrounded by greenery that contributes to the creation of a rich cityscape.
