Concept

This rental apartment complex is designed to meet the needs of single residents in the city center, where the number of people per household is decreasing due to the declining birthrate and aging population. Taking advantage of the land shape with a wide frontage to the road in front, we have composed a high-quality space with wide-frontage openings in all rooms in consideration of the correlation with the surrounding environment. With multi-generational coexistence in view, the building was certified as a model condominium for crime prevention, and as a universal design, we aimed to create a long-lived social stock that can meet a variety of needs.
