Concept
The housings are near Shin-Ishikiri Station on the Kintetsu line, facing the rear approach to Ishikiri Tsurugiya Shrine. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and is a convenient place for elderly people to live in; with stores for daily products and facilities for elderly people nearby. As a quality rental housing for elderly people, we built a network with existent clinics and nursing homes, and made a environment where the residents can live with peace and security. The interior is all barrier-free, all-electric, and has an emergency notifying system that connects to the nearby nursing home. We considered the residents’ physical capabilities and made a spacious living environment, where one can bring in there own necessities, feel at home, and enjoy a full life.
