Located upstream from the Yasu River, the facility was planned as a place for lodging and exchange with baby boomers who have more time on their hands, as well as with children from urban areas.

Our goal is to create comfortable residences that inherit long-held values and incorporate advanced living environments and equipment.

It was planned to provide "services, information dissemination, and community collaboration" to users and local residents, and to serve as a nucleus for community revitalization and community development through the creation of tourism and industry.

The glass walls enable people to see the inside; creating a friendly and bright atmosphere.
