Concept
The site, located upstream of the Yasu River, was planned to completely rebuild the former Kamoshikaso, which had been a popular national inn for many years, as a new place to stay and interact with baby boomers who have more time on their hands, as well as with children from urban areas. Taking full advantage of the scenery, all rooms, including guest rooms and the restaurant lounge, are arranged to enjoy a view of the river, and each room is designed with a spacious layout based on 60 square meters. As a "Koka no Okuzashiki" in a quiet and tranquil natural setting, this lodging facility offers bathing, banquets, historical walks to adjacent shrines and villages, and nature experiences that allow guests to enjoy the clear waters of the river and the atmosphere of the satoyama. The facility is designed to be a safe and comfortable place for everyone from children to the elderly.
