Concept
It is a multi-purpose complex facility for union members ( teachers, staff, and retirees) and citizens to hold meetings, training, exhibitions, presentations, social gatherings, and various events. Three camphor trees that once stood on the planned site have been preserved and newly planted on the terraced artificial ground, contributing to the creation of an amenity in the local environment in cooperation with the little greenery in the surrounding area.
