コンセプト
The library with 100,000 open shelves and 80,000 volumes in the stacks, which serves as a center for lifelong learning in the community, and the community-based activity-oriented museum that preserves, researches, and exhibits buried cultural properties and local historical assets, are composed of two facilities that share a local resource corner. The space and materials that inspire interest are planned to foster attachment to the town. Outside, a biotope space was created with consideration for the ecosystem, including local plants and organisms, as a catalyst for intergenerational exchange, and the facility serves as a place for lifelong learning activities.
