Concept

This is an owner's residence and apartment house planned for a new life for a couple and a child in Okubo, a place where the owner has lived for many years. A room for the mother, who frequently comes and goes for childcare support, etc., was set up, and we tried to create a space where the family can help each other and create a family circle. From a business point of view, the apartment house is a one-room type for students, as there are many universities and other facilities in the vicinity. The building was designed to accommodate the expansion of the front road at the time of planning, and was designed as a building that will be an asset to the owner in the future.
