Concept
The main building was planned as a general building for the "Legal Affairs Bureau" and "Public Prosecutors' Office" on a site adjacent to the courthouse along the main road that forms the central axis of Fuji City.
The Legal Affairs Bureau branch offices, which are frequently used, are located on the 1st through 3rd floors, and the Public Prosecutors Office branch offices and the District Public Prosecutors Office on the 4th and 5th floors, to provide a clear and rational layout for visitors, and to prevent the flow lines of general visitors, staff, and others from crossing each other.
The building also takes into consideration the surrounding environment, introducing universal design and the use of timber. In addition, green technologies such as CO2 reduction, rooftop greening to reduce the heat load, and the use of natural energy such as solar power generation were adopted to create a facility that is friendly to people, the city, and the earth.
