Concept
Observing water birds which come in winter without disturbing them is the aim of this facility. By placing large hexagonal building for observation and small hexagonal building for rest rooms side by side. Building without oppression is created and the characteristics of water side is kept. Ducks and whistling swans floating on the lake can be seen from the second floor (half story up from a road), and from small windows on the first floor (half story down from a road), these birds on a shore can be seen from a close distance.
