Concept

The facility provides a wide range of information, including the production and lending of Braille books and sign language videos, as well as life training programs to create an environment where people with disabilities can take the initiative in their activities and to provide support for mothers and fathers. From the viewpoint of mobility of various users, rooms for the visually impaired are mainly located on the first floor, rooms for providing information for the visually impaired and the Mother and Child Welfare Center are mainly located on the second floor, rooms for the hearing impaired are mainly located on the third floor, and meeting rooms and training rooms for shared use are mainly located on the fourth floor.The building is equipped with easy-to-understand signage using different colors and brightness levels, voice guidance, emergency light alarms, and digital signage, as well as emergency evacuation balconies around the perimeter of each floor to facilitate use and evacuation by persons with disabilities. The exterior of the building is based on earth tone colors, with a green wall on the west facade to create a warm and friendly building. To maintain mutual privacy, vertical louvers and wood louvers are designed to accentuate the building and give it a rhythmic feel.
